Last week we announced our signing of the 20-year solar power contract in Ghana with our partners Miniplast Ltd and Stella Futura Ltd. As one of Ghana's first bilateral Solar PPA's, our project has gained attention from various international and regional news outlets such as PV-Solar Magazine, African Power Platform, Afrik21, Nigeria Electricity Hub, All Africa, My Joy (Ghana), and Afrik (in French only) among others. Energy Mix Report highlights how the 704 kWp grid-tied solar plant will not only lead to increased use of clean and reliable power but also lower Miniplast Ltd’s electricity costs, reduce diesel consumption and be important for the promotion of using renewable energy within the Spintex Industrial enclave of Accra.
