Empower´s call for expressions of interest to various contracts

Empower New Energy has received a grant from the African Development Bank to finance essential pre-investment activities for small-medium scale renewable energy projects across Africa, and is now inviting interested and qualified parties to express their interest in competing for any of the advertised contracts. The General Procurement Notice can be found here and the associated specific “Requests for Expressions of Interest” for these contracts are available as follows:
