Susie Scannelli Cook

Susie is based in London and oversees the investment process both at the project and portfolio level. She is a seasoned specialist in all aspects of development finance, from debt structures and equity investments, to raising capital through bond issuances and investments funds. She has worked on complex projects across Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Balkans, Africa and Asia, with a sector focus on power and energy. She is an English-qualified finance lawyer with two decades of experience gained in private practice at SJ Berwin and Freshfields in London and Vietnam, in-house at Credit Suisse, and most recently as Associate Director and Senior Counsel at the London headquarters of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
